Broken, damaged or faulty product(s)

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality of tiles and related products and in the event of them being found faulty, we will be glad to exchange for a satisfactory product or give you a complete refund on your money. It is strongly recommended to perform a thorough inspection of your purchased product before you go ahead with its installation.

Returns

If you don’t like our product, we would accommodate the return of the said product unless we had particularly ordered it from an external supplier. It is worth noting that such particularly ordered products from another supplier are not a part of our own range. As such, we request you to be completely sure of your order if it involves any products that we have to get from outside.

Particulars about restocking

The manufacturing of tiles is done in batches (having variations within each batch) and we exclusively stock our tiles with the batches obtained from the local distribution centre. It should be noted that tiles that are designated as clearance and purchased from the store or
online are not included in our current batch stock. Therefore, these cannot be returned.

In order to compensate for our handling and transportation charges on your returned product(s), we have to unfortunately charge a 25% restocking fee. In addition, based on the location of , there may be an additional freight cost deducted from the return charges so as to accommodate the transportation fee for returning the product(s) to the local Distribution Centre.

If the purchased product is returned within 7 days from the date of purchase, then you get your money back. No questions asked.

Furthermore, you can return any products if you are eligible to do so under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellation of orders

Within 7 days from the date of purchase, you can cancel any product(s) associated with regular stocked items without inviting any penalty whatsoever.

Cancellation of any order(s) 7 days after the purchase would invoke a fee of 25% of the invoice cost in order to compensate for the costs associated with getting your order all set for delivery. Naturally, if your order has not yet reached the procession stage at this time, there will be no fee charged.

Lastly, any order(s) that pertain to external suppliers cannot be, by any means, cancelled or returned to us. In light of this, you are requested to keep this in your mind while ordering for any special products that would need us to reach out to an external supplier.
